Your initial assessment call is all about getting clear on your fitness goals and why they matter as well as creating an actionable plan to get the most out of your training routine and nutrition to maximize your results. Prior to your 30-minute Zoom session, I will study your intake form and movement screening to recommend my best plan of action for you to see success with your fitness goals, and what I believe you should focus on first. You'll walk away from our call knowing exactly where to start on your fitness journey. Here's what you'll get from our call: 1. A better understanding of why your fitness goal is important to you. 2. Your movement screening results. The movement screen is a series of five simple exercises I use to determine what exercises I recommend you start within your fitness program. I analyze your video submission performing these exercises and make recommendations based on how you perform to include strength and mobility exercises. 3. Your nutrition focus plan.
